#1. Stop eating out

When we eat at restaurants — whether it’s fine dining or just to grab a bite –we tend to put on so many calories. It is far better to eat home cooked meals. This way one saves up on their expenditure and also stays in control of what they eat.

#2. Brisk walk for half an hour every day

Brisk walking will keep your body in great shape and will help you burn calories in no time. Being regular will help one lose weight. Try going out for a walk first thing in the morning or in the evening.

#3. Practice yoga

Many slow breathing exercises can help tone your tummy and increase your flexibility. Apart from this, one will be able to shed kilos too by practicing yoga. Several asanas are recommended for weight loss.

#4. Take the stairs

Give up your gym membership and instead make use of a jungle gym in your nearby park. Monkey ladders and long bars are perfect for flexing muscles. This will give you a full body work out and will get you to look fabulous.
