Make a paste of fuller’s earth with plain water, or with rose water, cucumbers juice or even green tea for extra benefits and apply an even layer on your skin, then proceed to wash it off after 20 mins.

Lemon juice, because of its high acidity, acts as a gentle exfoliator when mixed with water. The high acidity also acts as a bleach and hence helps remove blemishes.   • Potato juice

Potato juice is a surprising and effective way to get rid of blemishes. The starch in the potato bleaches our skin, and hence removes blemishes and also lightens your skin tone. For this, you’ll need to grate the potato and squeeze it hard t extract its juice. Apply it regularly for a few days to get rid of dark spots.

  • Orange peel

Orange peel is also a well-known natural bleaching agent. The peel of orange is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C, which gives it the bleaching properties, and also helps in removing sun tan. That is why you see so many face washes with orange peel or zest. For a quick and cheap remedy, just grate an orange peel and mix it with milk or honey, and apply it on the affected areas.
